Priyanka Munot Rai has built a career in fashion by following her own set of rules. Her hardwork and determination are two important factors in the growth of her label.
Creative spirit, love for fashion and passion to explore led Priyanka to pursue fashion designing from Pearl Academy of fashion, Delhi after graduating with her business degree. She also did Fashion Styling from NABA Academia, Milan followed by working under a few reputed designers of the industry.
In 2016, she decided to delve into the fashion world with her own label because of her passion for designing and knowledge in business. The secret of her success is the unique and unconventional styling and attention to intricate details, she gives to each design.
LABEL INSPIRATION
LABEL KALEIDO is an idea that came from Kaleidoscope and its beautiful forms, patterns and intricate details it creates.
Designer Priyanka Munot connects creativity, fashion and Label Kaleido as an ever shifting kaleidoscope where a slight change and all patterns
altered.
The label focuses on designing an array of delectable
couture pieces which are intricately hand-crafted with skilled craftsmanship and fine tailoring. She uses innovative techniques of embellishments in a refined, modern approach.
BRAND HISTORY
In 2016, Label Kaleido launched its showroom in Indore along with retailing to various luxurious multi-designer stores nationally and internationally.
Kaleido showcased its first spring-summer 2016 collection “India through a kaleidoscope” in India Runway Fashion Week (New Delhi), where the designer interestingly repackaged diverse Indian culture, art & ethnic tradition with a sense of modernity & stylised it in kitsch India.
